Delete your account

You can request deletion of your RelayBaby account and synced data at any time. Below are the steps for in-app deletion and email-based requests.

In the app

  1. Open RelayBaby on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account.”
  4. Confirm. Synced account, household, and care data will be queued for deletion.

The in-app deletion flow will be available in a future RelayBaby release. Until then, please use the email request below.

By email

  1. Email support@relaybaby.app from the email address associated with your RelayBaby account.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my RelayBaby account.”
  3. We will confirm the request and process it within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and authentication records.
  • Your child profile, household, and Care Circle data tied to your account.
  • Your synced care events, handoffs, notes, and reminders.

What may be retained

Some purchase, entitlement, security, and diagnostic records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel through your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
