End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of the RelayBaby iOS app. RelayBaby is licensed, not sold, to you. This page is an implementation draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
Apple Standard EULA
For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, RelayBaby uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is required by App Store Connect.

License
Subject to this EULA and the App Store rules, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RelayBaby on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of RelayBaby except as allowed by law.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble RelayBaby except as allowed by law.
- Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense RelayBaby.
- Do not use RelayBaby in a way that violates law, these terms, or another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Paid features may require an active App Store subscription. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
No medical advice
RelayBaby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Baby-care records, reminders, and handoffs are for household coordination only.
Privacy
Use of RelayBaby is also governed by the RelayBaby Privacy Policy.
Termination
This license ends if you violate this EULA. After termination, you must stop using RelayBaby and delete it from your devices.
