Restore purchases
If you have an active subscription that isn't showing as active in RelayBaby, open the app and tap Restore Purchases in the paywall or settings. Apple will re-check your entitlement. If it still doesn't appear, contact support so we can investigate with RevenueCat.
Care Circle invites
Care Circle invites are sent from the app. If a caregiver did not receive their invite, check spam, confirm the email address, and try again. Each invite is single-use and time-limited for security.
Sync issues
Care Circle sync requires an internet connection and a signed-in account on each device. If logs aren't appearing on another caregiver's device, confirm both devices are online, signed in, and on the latest version of the app.
Account and privacy requests
To export, correct, or delete your account or synced data, email support@relaybaby.app from the email associated with your RelayBaby account, or use our data deletion page.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can change your plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not RelayBaby.
Notifications and reminders
If reminders aren't appearing, check that notifications are enabled for RelayBaby in iOS Settings and that Focus modes are not silencing the app.
